Crispy Salmon Butter Sauce

ingredients:

Salmon Fillet 150gr
a little salt
olive oil
thyme
50gr butter
2 cloves garlic

how to cook it:
A. Prepare your salmon fillet, roll it (by pushing the fish on the inside) and thin slices of skin.
2. Season with salt and thyme in place some
3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan
4. Put the salmon in the beginning of heating oil.
5. Then cook the salmon for 4-5minutes or until the color changed 2/3 of the fish. (if you do not have the salmon, you can replace it with a fish spatula)
6. Add butter and garlic.
7. Remove the fish and let stand for a moment for a while.
8. Can salmon served with potatoes and vegetables.
