Mashed Potato Sauce Mushroom

ingredients:

- 500 g potatoes peeled
- 1 liter chicken stock (can also use chicken broth powder, then pour boiling hot water)
- 100 ml thick cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves bw.putih, grated / finely chopped
- 1/2 onion bulbs, cut crosswise

Mushroom Sauce Ingredients:

- Canned mushrooms, stir-fry
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 150 ml liquid milk
- Chicken bouillon powder
- Salt to taste
- Cheddar cheese, grated

Supplement:

- Carrots & a box of frozen peas
- Seeds of frozen corn
- Broccoli florets 1

How to make Mushroom Sauce:

1 Melt the butter saute garlic until fragrant
2. Enter the mushrooms, stir-fry until cooked, add the chicken broth powder and salt
3. Enter the flour, stirring until blended.
4. Add milk little by little, add grated cheddar cheese, stirring until the consistency of his uniform, Remove and set aside.

How to make:

2. Boil broccoli (but not too long), set aside.

Potato Pasta Broccoli

Ingredients:

-100 Grams of penne pasta shapes or macaroni, boiled
-150 Grams of small round potatoes, hard boiled
-150 Grams of smoked chicken, ready to buy, sliced
-250 Grams of broccoli
-50 Grams of mozzarella cheese, sliced

sauce:

- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 250 ml liquid milk
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 50 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg

How to Make:

1.Prepare the dish aluminum container, size 15x12x5 cm, spread with margarine.

Crispy Salmon Butter Sauce

ingredients:

Salmon Fillet 150gr
a little salt
olive oil
thyme
50gr butter
2 cloves garlic

how to cook it:
A. Prepare your salmon fillet, roll it (by pushing the fish on the inside) and thin slices of skin.

Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce Olive

Ingredients:

   - Olive oil to taste
   - 1 small onion cut long-term
   - 2 cloves garlic crushed
   - 250 gr Spaghetti / Fetucini
   - Smoked Ham to taste to taste
   - Mushrooms Merang taste to taste
   - 1 Teaspoon of salt
   - 1-1.5 teaspoons of sugar
   - Pepper to taste
   - Oregano
   - Beef Broth to taste                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Construction:

     1.Panaskan olive oil over the pan.
     2.Tumis garlic until fragrant and golden brown color.
     3. Enter saute onions until fragrant.
     4. Enter the smoked ham and mushroom, saute briefly.
